DONATE A TOILET

the toilet or urinal in a public space for some years not only in Germany rediscovered as urban elements. Almost always, these are now filled with all sorts of sensors and other technology and design can be in terms of elegance and modernity little to be desired (for example, "Pinkel spaceship" on the Brunswick carbon market) . Pinkel Exclusivity has its price, though, so it is hardly surprising that much of this deters potential users. Where is the good and simple design for a public toilet? Model could be the public urinals from French time : two half-height walls and a flying roof finished!

live in slums in Mumbai 8 million people, of whom about half are fitted without any sanitary facilities. Instead, the city is littered with informal spontaneous toilets. Sites or niches between buildings, vacant lots along river banks or on the beach. Privacy are the people in these places in their toilet very often. They are now used to relieve themselves in to do the eyes of the public. Also, and especially in the districts of prominent downtown locations, commute to the many thousands of everyday people in order to earn their daily money in the streets, public toilets are almost complete. One does not need a good nose to notice that Mumbai stinks. And the smell is the least problem, considering the many health risks that result from the lack of sanitary toilets.

A private organization has now been adopted by a campaign flyer this issue. Under the headline "How long can you stand it?" it offers
environmentally friendly toilets in the Eco-Design for private sponsorship to. Solar powered and largely chemical-free looks in elegance and modernity in the design of the toilet outside vain. For now, however, this is no matter: what counts is the general idea and the sight of a large (toilets) problem of the mega-metropolis. How about with a small donation? Donate a toilet!
